1. Create bootable USB (highly recommended) with Rufus or burn to DVD at slow speed.
2. Boot and install.

How to activate: (Windows 10 KMS Activator Ultimate)
1. Open the setup (install it)
2. Run it as Administrator.
3. Click on "Clean Activation History" Button.
4. Click on "Update Server" to Update KMS Server List.
5. Select KMS Server.
6. Select your Windows.
7. Click on "Activation Now"
8. Done, enjoy.
